Can I see a sample gallery?

Do you charge a travel fee?

Yes, the travel fee ensures there are no delays in reaching your destination. We use the most affordable means of transport to minimise costs for you. Please contact us with your location details to determine the cost within your budget.

How many people are on your team?

Depending on the size of the event, we can bring 2-3 team members on location. Please contact us to discuss the details further.

Do you give physical products?

All client galleries provide access to stores where you can purchase high-quality prints of your special day. We offer a wide variety of products. Please note that this service is not included in the original quote. Feel free to inquire for more information.

Do you have video samples?

We're excited to announce that we've recently introduced videography as a new service this year. While we're in the process of building our video portfolio, we're offering a special opportunity for those interested in collaborating with us. If you'd like to help us expand our portfolio, we're happy to discuss providing videography services at a highly discounted rate. Please reach out to us to explore this further. How will I receive my photos?

All photos and videos will be provided through our online gallery. You will receive a private link to access your gallery, which will beautifully display your photos. You can download all content directly to your local device. This link can also be shared with family and friends. The online gallery will remain active permanently.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, a 15% booking fee is required to secure your desired date. All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable; refunds are at the discretion of the photographer/videographer.

What is your turn around time?

My turnaround time for delivering your photos and videos is typically within a month after the shoot. I understand the excitement of wanting to relive those special moments, so I work diligently to ensure you receive your finished products promptly while maintaining the highest quality standards. If you have any specific timelines or urgent requests, feel free to let me know, and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.

Do you have a female photographer on your team?

Currently, we do not have a full-time female photographer on our team. However, please contact us to discuss this, as we can arrange for a female photographer from an external team to cover your event.
